Hotel room was spacious, somewhere could be little more clean , bathroom was a bit disappointment a spider crawled in through the open vents Overall an average experience. Hotel staff was super polite would rate them 5/5 for their courtesy

Perfect place to stay in Pelling. Their hospitality is beyond our expectations. Property is well maintained but above all I must mention about the service they provide. It's quite amazing. But the last not the least is the food they serve. Quality of the food is awesome considering this remote place and limitations they have. Hotel experience was very good. Value for money. Highly recommend. Staffs are so good. Room service top notch. Breakfast very tasty. View from top floor balcony stunning. Situated at lower pelling at the edge of hill from where Kanchenjunga is clearly visible.

Overall stay was decent for the price. The USP of the place is food and view. Just food with a less oil would be great. Room : room was big and toilets were cleaned on a daily basis. New kits were provided daily. Balcony view was so so. Terrace view was awesome. Food quality was one of the best in pelling.

best hotel in pelling , it is 4-star property matching every standards. Breakfast and dinner was upto mark. and it was clean and tidy room. i can not ask more than the facilities provided in this hotel. Room was having all things super clean and in place.
